Only a short stroll to the beautiful Tyrone beach and foreshore, which offers great restaurants, cafes, shops, a playground and picnic areas and a fantastic swimming beach for the whole family!



You can also take a leisurely stroll to Blairgowrie Village or jump in the car for a short trip to world-class golf courses, wineries, surf beaches, the Hot Springs and an endless list of attractions that the Mornington Peninsula offers!

It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms (with heating), an undercover deck with outdoor lounge, dining facilities and gas Weber Qube BBQ, making it the perfect beach house for family holidays and entertaining.



It has a coastal holiday feel with all the comforts of home. With hardwood floors throughout and plenty of natural light, the first living area features a wood fireplace, and bi-fold doors opening to the front deck overlooking the Moondah trees. The kitchen and 2nd living area open on to a large rear deck ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying a book in the tranquil surrounds.



Additional features include ducted heating and cooling, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with body wash, shampoo and conditioner for guests to use.



There is also a double carport with onsite parking for 3-4 cars or a boat.

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.

The Neighborhood:

The coastal town of Rye is a popular holiday destination, nestled between Rosebud and Blairgowrie, on the Mornington Peninsula.



Point Nepean Road is Rye’s main thoroughfare, with an eclectic mix of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants, and runs parallel to Rye’s main beach on the coast of Port Phillip Bay. Offering safe, sandy, family friendly beaches that are popular with swimmers, fishermen, yachtsmen and kite-surfers. There is also a jetty, several boat ramps, attractive foreshore facilities with picnic areas, playgrounds and walking/cycling tracks along the Bay Trail.



For those who prefer something more rustic, Rye has an impressive ocean beach on the Bass Strait coastline. This area is also home to ‘The Cups’ golf region, and the multi award winning Peninsula Hot Springs.
