The breakfasts were excellent- the best I’ve had. The rooms are comfortable and the city view is beautiful. We were unable to use our toilet for hours after arriving because it was so dirty and we had to wait for house keeping to come and clean it. The hotel helped themselves to my money several times through my one week stay. I gave no permission for them to take money and had no way to check it was the correct amount..

The Hyatt always offers the perfect 5-star experience, and the Hyatt on Collins did not disappoint. With a beautiful view over the river Yarra and a great inner-city location, I will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

My daughter and I enjoyed a memorable stay here at the Hyatt. All staff, from Bellhop to Reception, were professional and courteous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room (Riverview) was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view out across the River Yarra, Arts center, and MCG was amazing, especially so at night. A thoroughly enjoyable stay; thank you Hyatt. We will return.
