If you are on a tight budget and can accept a partly repurposed, almost derelict property with parking, cooking, and good access to public transport, you should consider the price worth considering. If you are looking for a tidy, comfortable and well appointed room, perhaps look elsewhere. We found an unlockable door, broken stove top and unworking TV, among other things but managed to negotiate a fair solution and appreciated the attractive price for a convenient location. The bed, toilet and shower all allowed us to enjoy our stay albeit without the comforts Australian travellers would normally expect.

Very dated decor. Dirty bath mat which they kindly exchanged. I went to strip the bed but stopped when I found dirt stains on the pillow under the pillow case.

Was given insect bombs on the way into the room, was cleaned but stuff left in room from other people. Was very creepy because there was someone walking up and down to my room and knocking on the door both nights I stayed, was in fear for my life not knowing what was going to happen.

Was horrified by the property. Booked for my daughters at the last minute without reading reviews and they felt unsafe and horrified by the state of the place and had to pay for another place elsewhere. They were not given a refund despite saying they felt very unsafe to stay there.

The property is very dirty. The corridors & room smelled an awful smell. There was noise in the building. People yelling, drunk people outside, the main glass door was smashed. The furniture was dusty & smelly including pillows and bed sheets. The curtains were broken and allowed light to come through early morning.

It was really disappointing if pushed on the door from the outside it would open the lock was coming off the actual door the toliet wasn’t cleaned and was broken mould growing in the bathroom sink off and out of date food left in fridge only had a little pillow to sleep with won’t be going back again

Might need to some maintenance around the building. Better kitchen facilities required. Leaking toilet in bathroom. One thin quilt on a 4 degree night. Cable tie under the sheet of single bed. Chocolate milk spilt all over wall next to main bed, sheets covered in same chocolate milk.
