The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, stone bench tops, a gas cooktop, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply make your morning coffee — complete with an espresso machine and freshly sourced St. Ali beans waiting for you on arrival. The master bedroom features built-in robes and a private ensuite with floor-to-ceiling tiles and a rainfall shower, while the second bedroom is generously sized and serviced by a second full bathroom. In-unit washer and dryer are tucked neatly behind panel doors in the kitchen — no laundromat runs needed.

Arts Centre Melbourne Car Park, entry via Kavanagh Street. Rates from $5 per hour.
ACE Car Park - 129 Kavanagh Street - $6 per hour and $18 daily limit (12 hours) or Weekend flat rate of $12
Spacer / Parking Made Easy — for longer stays, book affordable private parking spots nearby via either app. Search "Southbank" before you arrive to lock in a spot.

💡 Tip: If you're only in Melbourne for a few days, we'd honestly recommend skipping the car altogether — public transport here is excellent.
🚊 GETTING AROUND — PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You really don't need a car here. Southbank is one of the best-connected spots in Melbourne.
🚃 Trams — The Casino/Southbank/Queensbridge Street stop is a 4-minute walk. Routes 109, 11, 19, 58 and 70 all stop nearby, connecting you to the CBD, St Kilda Road, South Yarra, Docklands and beyond. Melbourne's trams are free within the CBD Free Tram Zone — and you're right on the edge of it.
🚆 Trains — Flinders Street Station is a short walk away and connects you to the entire metro network. Southern Cross Station (for regional trains and the airport bus) is also easily reachable on foot or by tram.
