Living and Dining
Living Area: Features a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. Please note that the TV does not receive local free-to-air channels. Guests can access supported streaming apps using their own accounts.
Garden: Guests have access to the outdoor garden area.
BBQ: A BBQ is available for guest use, along with basic BBQ utensils and cleaning supplies. Please clean the BBQ thoroughly after use. An additional cleaning fee may apply if the BBQ is left dirty.

Internal Laundry: A washing machine is provided for guest use.

Check-in and Key Collection: Key collection details will be provided prior to arrival. The key collection location is onsite.
Security CCTV: For security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed outside the property and cover the property entrance. There are no cameras inside the studio.
Property Condition: As the property is regularly enjoyed by guests, some areas may show minor signs of normal wear and tear but remain fully functional.
Nature and Pest Control: Australia is a nature-rich country, and occasional insects may be encountered despite regular pest control. Should you notice an unusual amount of pests during your stay, please contact us so we can assist.

Guests must cooperate with any fire safety inspections required by the building.
