Other Things to Note:
- AC is in living room only
- No party or event allowed
- Must keep noise at minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours especially after 9 PM
- No pet allowed
- No smoking allowed in the property
- Please do general cleaning and dispose rubbish before check out to avoid extra cleaning charge
- If you request spare key because of locking yourself out or losing guest key, a $300 deposit is needed. Delivery fee may apply, please kindly check with me.
