Wonderful House for a family Christmas.

We had a wonderful week away for Christmas with family. House was clean, well appointed, deck was perfect for afternoon drinks and dinner and there was plenty of family tennis games! We had such a great time. Thanks Margie!

Serene and spectacular

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We are keen tennis players and loved having friends over to play and entertain (plumbed BBQ was a hit) on the gorgeously spacious deck with a view of Dalgeny and the golf course. The house is extremely well-stocked with condiments and pantry basics as well as most appliances you can think of. A rowdy game of pool late into the night wasn't a problem because the house is quite isolated and it was handy having a bar and fridge downstairs. The property is ideally situated a stroll to the front beaches and the Portsea Hotel, as well as the back beach, so most days we'd walk in for a swim, coffee, lunch or dinner. My only advice would be, is if you're staying longer than a week, get a laundry change if you dread doing loads of washing. It's a fabulous home and great for active families with teens. I look forward to staying again.

Private Gem in Portsea, Victoria

First of all, driving in to the property, we’ve been welcomed by a full size tennis court on the right side of this elevated beach/holiday house with surrounding 1st floor decking that you can absolutely just lounge in or hold a nice get together with friends and family. The place was very clean upon arriving, bedrooms are tidy and sheets are fresh and prepared nicely. Everything that you need in in every room is pretty much supplied, bathrooms had body wash, shampoos, conditioners and fresh towels. Bedrooms have spacious wardrobes with extra sheets and hangers. Kitchen has your standard utensils, pots and pans, glasses, plates etc. and the pantry had enough, standard cooking ingredients. The property is 6min away from the shops which was perfect and was so close to a gym which was really convenient for us coz we’re all fitness fanatics. We played our heart out with lots of laughters on the tennis court as well. That’s something everyone should try! Tennis rackets and tennis balls were supplied, so grab a racket and have a little competition amongst you and your friends for a good laugh. Only thing that was missing or would’ve been perfect, if the property had a pool. Other than that, it was enough entertainment and space for everyone since it’s a huge block. Overall, the place was perfect for our 2021 New Years celebration, friends and family had a great and relaxing stay and would definitely hire the place again in the near future! Would like to thank Margie for being a terrific host, she was easy going and on point with all of her request. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous private Portsea home for wonderful getaway!

We had a fantastic time at this Portsea home. It’s very secluded and the views of the surrounding trees are magic. The home is big enough for two families and there is everything you will need. The linen and towels were top notch and Margi was a brilliant host! There was even a hand written note a premium bottle of champagne on arrival! Air conditioning for those warmer weekends and excellent tennis court! Loved it!
