Relax and unwind in this charming, sunlit townhouse, ideally located just a short stroll from the picturesque Port Phillip Bay and a quick drive from Rosebud shops and local attractions.
Living Space:
The ground floor features a spacious, air-conditioned living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge that opens onto a covered outdoor deck and courtyard. The deck is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ ready for use. Upstairs, you’ll find a second lounge area with a fold-out double sofa, offering a cozy retreat for adults.
Bedrooms:
The townhouse offers three generously sized bedrooms, all equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, includes a queen bed, ensuite, and walk-in robe. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a queen bed. The property accommodates up to six guests.
Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower (no bath), a toilet, and a double sink. There’s also a separate powder room on the ground floor. The main bathroom upstairs features a large separate bath, a shower, and a separate toilet.
Outdoors:
The front garden is small but fully fenced. From the inviting open-plan lounge, step through large sliding glass doors to the covered outdoor deck and courtyard, complete with a BBQ for entertaining. There is off-street parking for two cars in front of the garage.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
