THE SPACE
Stay in the lap of family-friendly luxury with this 4-bedroom home, with character and charm, it's perfect for a family getaway or a few couples enjoying the coast.

This home is s drenched in warm wooden exterior and charming interior, with comfortable bedding and high-end furniture. The living room is open-plan with a big sliding door and a spacious and cozy outdoor sitting area. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and enjoy the indoor fireplace (please BYO firewood).

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 4: 1x Tri-bunk Bed

There are tranquil light-filled rooms with earthy ochre curtains. BYO sleeping mask for total block out/darkness.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Read and accept our terms and conditions. Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rules applies.

You are required to bring your linen and towels unless prearranged.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
