Smoking Policy
Aspire Melbourne has a strict no-smoking policy inside the property and balconies.
Smoking is permitted only outside the building.
No Parties
We maintain a strict no-party policy. If noise complaints arise, security will be notified, and this could result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No Pets
For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed during your stay.
Lost Keys
Lost keys will incur a $700 replacement fee. Please handle all keys with care during your stay. In case of lost keys, contact us immediately as replacement fees will apply.
Guests who lock themselves inside and require a host to enter them into the property will be charged a call out fee of A$100.
Amenities (lounges, gym, pool/ outdoor spa, steam and sauna room, BBQ area) can be accessed on level 9 and level 41 for the penthouse lounge.
However we won't be responsible if unexpected maintenance works are carried-out or any other situation that it is out of our hands and any of the mentioned premises are close for that purpose.

As a guest, you have access to some fantastic amenities that will make your stay even more
enjoyable:
Pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Spa, and Lounge/BBQ Area: All located on Level 9. Perfect for relaxing or getting in a workout.
Penthouse Lounge Area: Located on Level 41, offering stunning views and a cosy space to unwind. Amazing for work from home/study!
There are other rooms such as the ballroom, billiards room and much more that can be booked out to have private events. Please enquire if interested.
Please remember, you will need your key pass to access these areas.

Can guests check in early and store luggage?
- early check in is subject to availability, so please enquire before hand. Luggage storage is available at key collection, a small fee will apply.
How do we check-in?
- Guests will need to pick keys up from a nearby collection point. Self-check in.
