This scenic stroll will provide you many options: Fine restaurants, (Chart House, The Mansion), Casual Dining, Cafes, Coffee shops, Boutiques, Antique shops, Music Venues, Painting with a Twist, Manatee Point, and the Indian River lagoon. Melbourne Harbor Condo is a 2 mile beautiful stroll over the Melbourne Causeway, overlooking the glistening Indian River, with a "safe-lane" provision designed for walkers/bikers/runners will lead you straight to the Public Beach/Indialantic Park w/ restrooms, showers, volleyball and more shops/restaurants/coffee shop. (Starbucks/Cold Stone Creamery/Bizzaro's Pizza)! Tammy was really easy to schedule with even when I needed to make changes. Cute condo right on harbor. Easy trip to Florida Tech and Melbourne Beach. Laundry rom was nearby and clean. Complex quiet and serene. Definitely would stay again.

The perfect get away.

We loved this condo, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It's close to some great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The only down fall was the pool being out of order, my son was upset about that. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
The Cuban restaurant within walking distance was AMAZING!!!

Great place! Great Host!

This place was wonderful! Everything you needed and more! Our host, Tammy, was very friendly and accommodating in so many ways! If we ever come back to Melbourne we will try to stay here again! A great vacation and great experience here!

Location was key - convenient to everything. walking distance to the Melbourne Square which has plenty of food, shops etc. Didn't realize we were so close to railroad tracks and the newer train passes by quite often - even at night. The pool was not open/clean which was a disappointment.

Close to the beach

Make a right turn out of the parking lot and go about three miles and your at the beach.There’s many restaurants in walking distance and a small park across the street if you want to fish.Had a good time and will be back.

Beautiful View of Indian River

This home is conveniently located and you have plenty of privacy. The view of the marina and park is breathtaking. It was a wonderful, relaxing week.Also, it was a bonus to wake up and go for a run over the Indian River Bridge.

Lovely condo, lovely view

Very nice condo. Tammy is a wonderful host who wants to make sure your stay is perfect! This was our second stay in this condo. Enjoyed the updates from last time. Great location, plenty of wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Will definitely stay again when we return to Melbourne!

Tammy is great! Wonderful at communicating and giving recommendations! Backwater for breakfast and zip lining at Bevard Zoo are a must! The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was lovely, and within walking distance to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area!

Great condo and location

Loved the condo, clean and very well equipped. A short walk to great bars, restaurants and shopping. The marina is across the street and has a great bar/restaurant and is great to walk through a catch a manatee sighting. We will be back!

Comfortable condo in a great location

Very cute and comfortable condo with a lovely view of the Melbourne Marina and River. Great location within walking distance of old Melbourne downtown. Lots of cute shops, and great restaurants all within blocks of the condo. The owner Tammy was great to work with, and we had great communication with her. She does everything she can to make sure you enjoy the condo and your time here. I would highly recommend renting from her as it was a great experience for us.

PERFECT VACAY CONDO!

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo with EVERYTHING provided by host Tammy for the perfect getaway! Great views of Melbourne Harbor from the balcony, living room windows, and sweet little Bean Park just steps from the building. The new shower in the updated bathroom is AWESOME! Location is convenient to everything, historic downtown with food, shops, etc., and 5 minutes over the causeway, the beaches! This is a must-stay, and the next time I’m in town, I will be contacting host Tammy for reservations…THE PERFECT VACAY CONDO for sure!

No wifi

The location was perfect the place was super clean but not having wifi is ridiculous especially staying for 10 days . I did not know there was no wifi if I did I wouldn’t have book this place. I am a Vrbo host myself and my communication skills with my guests is top notch especially if my guests are staying for a longtime . I didn’t receive 1 text asking if everything ok . Also me and my son used the same towels to shower . Only had 2 ea . For 10 days should have more . Last but not lease just my opinion check in should be 3:00 pm the lastest and 11:00 am should be the lastest you check out . This was my 1st Vrbo experience as a guest. I will use Vrbo again no doubt.

Perfect location!

This condo was located within walking distance to downtown Melbourne and to get in a good walk over the Causeway too. So close to the beaches. The owner took care of a minor issue within an hour. She was welcoming and very friendly. We lacked for nothing during our week’s stay. Linens were good too!

Absolutely fantastic location and view!!!

This is a perfect place to stay, and a great value. The balcony over looks Melborn harbor that makes a fabulous morning and evening coffee spot.
