A tranquil retreat just 200 metres from the pristine Merricks Foreshore beach, Sunbather is the ultimate family escape. Featuring three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two inviting living areas, this stunning home is designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation.

Sunbather is designed for comfort in every season. Enjoy split system air conditioning and heating throughout the home. On cooler evenings, gather around the cozy indoor fireplace, or head outside to the firepit for a magical night under the stars. A BBQ is also provided, perfect for family feasts after a day of beach adventures or exploring nearby wineries and walking trails.
