Enjoy this beautifully bright and light beach house soaking up the warmth on the North facing deck. Relax in the spa or sit back and enjoy the spaciousness and lush gardens full of fruit trees that surround you. Yes - you can pick and eat fresh from the trees! There are lemons, mulberries, nectarines, cherries, figs & apples.

The pool itself is a state-of-the-art Mineral Magnesium Pool and heated from September to June for your comfort, or can be arranged for an additional daily fee during the winter months.

Swimming in a mineral magnesium pool will give you an entirely new experience over a chlorine or saltwater pool.

The smell is different. It doesn’t smell as strong as a chlorine filled pool. After a swim in a magnesium pool, you will not have the feeling of taking a long shower to clear yourself of sticky salt or the smell of chlorine. Quite the reverse, magnesium gently moisturises and soothes the skin. Health benefits include:

Plus there are additional single mattresses under the king beds that can be used during your stay. Sleeps 2.

Other Information:

Bubs or the little ones - A port-a-cot is supplied free & will need to bring own linen.

2 Bedrooms have their own ensuite. There is also another large bathroom & bath, shower and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet.

Linen and towels are supplied for all stays, so you just have to bring yourself.

Please note you are required to bring your own beach/pool towels.

All condiments (tea, coffee, oils, toilet paper & paper towel) are provided.

We will provide a starter kit for the coonara however, any further wood will need to be purchased. Please also note there is a mat that must be placed in front of the coonara when using to prevent any sparks burning the floorboards.

There is a small drinks fridge in the laundry.

Please note we only accept weekly bookings for the month of January, long weekends & Easter 3 night minimum.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Schoolies bookings or any party groups - please do not ask.

Guest access- Entire house other than one locked wardobe in the master bedroom.

Other things to note: There will be guest information sheet emailed & pin code access for entry on the day of arrival.
