6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 4.
11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.
