This recently built stay features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that is thoughtfully appointed to offer a stylish and convenient base while you work or explore the sights. The modern, streamlined kitchen has all you need to cook when you’re not eating out, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a cosy two-seater table to share meals.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living area maximise natural light and views overlooking Lygon Street, opening to a spacious balcony that is comfortably furnished for casual alfresco dining or a relaxed afternoon glass of wine. End the day by kicking back on the sofa and chaise with a movie, making use of split system air-conditioning and heating, as well as ceiling fans for year-round comfort.
The first bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning and a built-in robe, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with black-out blinds to encourage a sleep-in. The second living room is a versatile space, doubling as an office—with a well-supplied sit-stand desk featuring a monitor, laptop stand and ergonomic chair. The sleek and contemporary bathroom is appointed with a large shower, vanity, and mirror, as well as complimentary toiletries.

Please note that keys need to be collected 130m away at a local shop. The shop hours of operation are from 8am to 11pm.
