"The location was perfect. We enjoyed our walk to the Riverfront and a few of the nearby parks too. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Our room was quiet and our sleep restful"

"Perfect area to stay as it is close to all the tourist areas. Valet parking was super convenient and staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I chose a room with the balcony, but the balcony was dirty, full of cigarette butts so we didn’t use it."

"The hotel was first rate from start to finish. Help with the luggage, the champagne and other treats throughout the stay, staff are friendly and helpful. Could not fault the place our room was also wonderful, we did the chef tasting dinner and it was unbelievable, so much food, wine pairing was generous, staff were knowledgeable and friendly."

"It appeared that there was mold in the corner of the shower. There was nowhere for moisture to escape when taking a shower so I would not be surprised. Otherwise the room was excellent, the staff and service were also excellent."

"Room was very clean, staff were awesome! When the ice machine broke down, maintenance repaired quickly! The bar was pricey. The conditioner would not come out of the bottle. I would definitely recommend to others!"
