"For å starte med det positive, så var renholdet og sengene bra. Det var derimot ingen air condition, og rommets ene vindu går kun ut i en sjakt i midten av bygget, så man får null naturlig lys. Spesiell lukt fra sjakten."

La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. "I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. There were a couple of issues, but the management sorted everything out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Poem Suites by Airnest"
