"Really the stay was pleasant, but there is one problem that must be taken care of, the cleanliness of the room. I stayed a week. The first day, everything was excellent. After that, the cleanliness is very bad. I spoke with the reception, but it seems that the cleaners are inexperienced."

"Perfectly located hotel for ferry trips/sightseeing tours, shops and restaurants. Excellent decor and comfortable suite. Brilliant air conditioning. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and take in the magnificent view from the fourteenth floor. Comfortable bed and spacious room, complete with fridge and effective sound proofing. Very attentive and helpful staff - from reception to the cleaners and restaurant staff. Great menu selection."

"The only thing I would say in terms of improvements is perhaps to better train the staff at breakfast. The supervisor was good but no one proactively came and asked for coffee/tea orders. The staff were nice, no question, I just think they could be better trained to be more attentive to the visitors. It felt like they had been trained to be attentive to the table cleanliness only (which is obviously a good thing!) My other observation is that in the evenings the restaurant receives visitors who...

"The Hotel location is great as we were able to commute every where easliy using public transport. Also the Reception team do great service. The breakfast excellant. Overall we had a nice time."
