"Lovely house, great views. Well equipped with most things but only 3 wine glasses. Plenty of champagne flutes. We had to drive to Lorne to buy some which was annoying on a Friday evening. "

"House and location were great. My only criticism was some of the crockery was dirty and required rewashing and the frying pans had peeling teflon and need replacing. We didn’t use use as a result. One of the sun loungers had a torn cover. "

"The Beach House at Moggs was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very attentive. When a watch and act was declared for the area during the Otway fires in Jan 25, they stayed in touch and offered us alternate accommodation if it was required. The location is also perfect with easy access to the beach and walks in the bush."

"Our stay was good overall. While the property is a little dated, the location and the views are absolutely outstanding, it was the highlight of our trip. Parking on arrival was straightforward, but retrieving the car later proved quite challenging due to the tight layout and limited space. The facilities were decent. there’s no internet available, which might actually be a plus if a digital detox is what you’re after. Thankfully, mobile reception was reliable."
