It wasn’t what I expected, the day staff lady was super nice! She was so helpful with my check in and giving me some ideas on places to visit and eat while In Memphis and Germantown. She’s amazing and I can tell she tries to make everyone feel welcome. Now for the bad, my shower curtain was short and water was everywhere when I showered, I immediately asked for a new one and was told a work order had to be submitted. Day 2 no shower curtain, day 3 no shower curtain, day 2-4 no towels or room cleaning, I asked 3 times and finally on day 5 my room was serviced. My room smelled of moisture since I was above the pool maybe, but chlorine after a while can be much. Some staffers could use a little pointers on customer service, not everyone is from Tennessee or the south. I travel often enough to know what good customer service is. This hotel was all that was available due to Memphis in May festivals. Overall this is a beautiful hotel but could definitely use some help in the customer service department as well as the rooms. Had a blast and thanks for having me!! Lastly, the breakfast is amazing.
