The converted barn front door opens into the well-appointed modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. To the right is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin. The sitting/dining room is next to the kitchen with a television, hi-fi, DVD player and a wood burning stove for cold winter evenings.
Downstairs is a small bedroom with bunk beds. Under the stairs is a large bathroom with disabled access. There is also a bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower, wash basin and WC.
Upstairs is a large family bedroom with king size bed and day bed which converts to two single beds, ideal for children, a large en suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
There is a secluded south facing patio accessed from the living room with views of Snowdonia. This is in a tranquil setting ideal for families. There is plenty of space for supervised children to play safely, away from busy roads.
