We cannot be responsible if an acorn falls on your vehicle.You may rent both for family, and corporate events, or when 2 families want to vacation together but have their own space. No parties or noisy events.

Update: Exterior cameras are in use at the cabin for your protection and the protection of the property owners. They only cover the parking areas and a RING doorbell. They do not invade your privacy at all.
