"Parking is horrible and the guests with big trucks take up all of the spaces leaving it very challenging to find a space that is in a lot area at night. Should consider creating custom spaces for those trucks. "

"First, I can't say enough amazing things about the manager Jose! What a stellar individual! I was in a pinch to find my brother a place for a few days and was pricing different hotels and Jose layed out all the pricing, amenities and, even mentioned that they price match deals advertised online for their locations! Jose is a solution based, super courteous, and accommodating manager! Also, my brother said his room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated! Breakfast had a nice selection of delicious food to eat! 10 out 10 for this manager and this cute New Mexican style hotel!"

"A comfortable, clean room was provided. The room had been updated . There was an eating establishment on-site. The only drawback was inadequate internet connection."

"Parking not secure at in fact there were homeless people hanging out by the back door the side door and parking lot air conditioner barely worked door to room had been broken into before they just puttied where the lock secures it have pictures of it all overcharged on fees after telling us something different when I booked it three weeks ago got into an argument about the fees with front desk they told me to leave get out of his face so we left so the second day they will not refund all all was paid up front for room took $200 in fees only gave me back 100"

"This hotel is good value for money, considering its location. Staff were helpful although not personable. The room facilities were good and the bed comfortable, although so high that it's difficult for non-athletic people to get into. The big downside, and why it gets the rating I gave it, is that there is no lift/elevator. The only rooms available when I checked in after a very much delayed flight, were on the 2nd floor, and I struggled to get my suitcase up the stairs. The comment from reception was that I should have checked in earlier. So when travelling with luggage I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you can carry your bags upstairs."

"A reasonably priced and clean hotel perfectly located on the outskirts of Santa Fe. Plenty of parking, a great restaurant, with both a pool and workout facility on-site.. With a multitude of restaurants nearby, it was also very easy to find places to eat day and night. I'd also commend the staff on being very friendly and professional. "
