La ubicación y el personal son un 10 y el edificio tuvo que ser maravilloso en el pasado. En la actualidad, es triste ver lo descuidado que está el edificio, aunque tiene mucho encanto ver cómo lo han convertido en una pequeña galería de arte.

Très bien

Un hôtel familial, où le staff est dans l'ensemble sympa, le petit-déjeuner bon (c'est la même chose tous les jours par contre), et surtout l'emplacement est parfait. J'ai pris une chambre solo, pas très grande mais fonctionnelle, le lit est confortable. Point à améliorer : je suis pas fan du système qui consiste à laisser le prix d'une nuit comme "caution", je vois pas trop l'utilité. A part ça c'était très bien !

Fantástico.

El mejor hostal en el que he estado de momento en Yucatán. Pude descansar y divertirme, la cama era comodísima, los baños estaban limpísimos y no eran mixtos, siempre había alguien limpiando las salas comunes, me sentí como en casa. El desayuno era variado todos los días, te daban a elegir y estaba riquísimo. En ningún momento me faltó de nada y está en frente de la plaza principal de Mérida, a 10 minutos andando del autobús. Mil gracias por todo! Volveré

The place looks cool but it's actually pretty bad. The window in my room had no curtain so light would come in night and early morning -- and the manager refused to help. Loud music throughout the day. No hot water. The bed was hard as rock and chair in the room was disgusting with stains. I placed a towel on it so I could sit on it. The location was great!

Amazing Location, very helpful.

Ck in with young lady took a long time, and we had 3 rooms, and she put us all in one BIG room, which was ok for only one night. Hunter and Luis went the extra mile when we had to leave VERY early and fed us breakfast. Location is amazing.

朝食が豪華。フルーツ食べ放題、色々入ったオムレツにシリアルとパンはBIMBOではない全粒粉の美味しいパンだった。ベンティラドールとエアコン両方部屋にあった。トイレもシャワーも4つずつあるのでかぶらなかった。貴重品ボックスとバックパックも入る大きいボックスもあって良かった。共用スペースもソファが何個かあって広い。1階のアイス屋さんはコーンで味が２個選べて10ペソは安い！

Not a Great Place to Stay

I would only stay here if you need to stay in El Centro and no other place in the area is available. They didn’t have the bed I reserved, but I didn’t feel like finding another place, so they sold me on a private room. It was overpriced for what it was. Overall the dirtiest hostel I’ve stayed at in Mexico. It was currently undergoing renovations it seems, but the bathrooms were gross with a constantly leaking toilet and only a curtain for stalls. The WiFi didn’t seem to work well anywhere in the hostel. No one there speaks English, so you had better know at least some Spanish.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, son muy atentos y serviciales. Me gustó mucho su ubicación, en el mero zócalo. Me gustó que hay cuartos privados. Me gustó que incluyen desayuno.Me gustó el edificio antiguo y los arreglos que han hecho para que funcione como hostal. Muy bueno, con gusto regreso. Lo malo fue que ustedes, Expedia, no hicieron la reservación, de pura casualidad encontré habitación. Ustedes no hicieron su trabajo, reprobados.
