Staff were friendly and helpful. First night room we booked didn't have any windows to the outside. Felt claustrophobic. Person on the desk daid they could move us on the 2nd night, which we did. Much better room. Cleaning staff really only made the bed and left us new towels, didn't wipe down any countertops or floors. Elevator didn't work on tge second or third day. Rooftop swimming pool and area were very nice. Location is excellent.

The staff are good. The room (310) has no windows to the outside, the shower floor is too slippery, hot water takes way too long and it is not really hot, lighting in the bathroom is not nearly enough to shave o apply make up (my wife finished her makeup in the elevator mirror).

La limpieza de la habitación ha sido lo mas horrible que visto en todos los hoteles que he estado. -El piso extremadamente sucio, mis calcetines quedaron como si hubiera caminado en tierra. -Telarañas en el marco de la cabecera -Calcetín olvidado en la esquina del buró -Resumidero de la regadera tapada -Piso de la regadera tenía una capa grasosa super resbalosa y que se pegaba a los pies -El wc aun con su sello de “Sanitizado” tenía gotas de orines al rededor. -Se dijo que se haría limpieza profunda y no fue suficiente. Esta parte fue extremadamente desagradable.
