We enjoyed the location of the property. The staff and service was excellent. We have kids and the room that was assigned to us was beside the elevator. The kids could not sleep because they were bothered by the noise of the elevator. We would recommend booking a Junior Suite and not a standard room.

when we got there on Friday 16th. We were welcomed and placed in ground floor rooms in front of the pool. BOTH ROOMS WERE MOLDY AND SMELLED TERRIBLE .Rooms were not clean -toilets old and dirty. we were told that the pool will be closed by 10;00pm BUT people at the pool and bar were singing , screaming and yelling almost till 11;00pm.-so loud we could not rest or sleep.THEY WERE NOISE ALMOST ALL NIGHT . I will never go back to this hotel nor recommend it.

Horrible experience at this property, they changed our rooms 3 . The first room had a steep to go to the bathroom of approximately 10 inches and another one to enter the room, and had mobility issues. This room had mold in the walls, shower head was cover in a white substance not at all appealing to take a shower. The second room, the shower head didn’t work, and water came all over the bathroom that flooded the room. After the issue I had to clean the shower head to take a descent shower, a/c didn’t worked at all. On the fourth day the shower glass door hinges started to fall apart. Finally they changed us to a much better room but the bed sheets were dirty.we do NOT recommend this hotel . Some of the restaurant staff were nice, but others great you with an attitude and the look mad at you. Some days some of the staff after a mediocre service and food demanded tips.

When we arrived the Room only had amenities For 2 people, when were 3, the safe was broken, the phone broken too, we didn’ receive the do not disturb card, report All and never got a reply, the girl at check in and check out was very nice but the other people Blah, we’ve been there before and now we find it different but Not For good
