Great location. . Rooms Ar large with top Notch air condition. Need more dedication to maintenance issue . Flimsy lock on door, shower head needs a good cleaning so water flows , toilet seat loose. Need regular tv not pay per view . Staff very helpful .

Lobby and pool area is very pretty. Staff were mediocre. Room was clean but without character. Toilet ran constantlyI moved to another hotel in the area during me second week in Merida and for an extra $100 for the week, (Casa Balam) if you can afford it, it’s worth three times as much in room and hotel quality.

A bit too noisy due to some Mexican families occupying pool in the lobby area. But hotel is centrally located. A bit old but clean.

This is a little gem of a hotel. It is clean and comfortable and has the best pillows I’ve ever slept on! The staff were fantastic, they had a little issue with laundry service one day but it was quickly rectified.Shout out to Misael! And the rest of the staff.

Great place for the price! Close to everything in Centro. We stayed for 1 night while waiting for our air bnb to be ready after hurricane Milton. Great for the price.
