The property was beautiful and peaceful. They take obvious pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of the cabanas. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and handled our language barrier with great patience. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a small kitchen area where you are able to cook your own food. The bed was nice and large, but a little stiff. The employees here do not speak English, but are very friendly and willing to use a translator to communicate. Overall I would definitely recommend these Cabanas. You're very close to the town of Chelem, which is a cute town, but not very touristy, so most people do not speak English.

Not only safe and quiet but kid and dog friendly as well. If you’re not a guest there, you should be. I’m booking another night then going to the beach; which I haven’t seen yet. They treat every guest as VIP. Let loose relax at this gem I promise it’s worth it. World class seafood right across the street. Thanks for the love shown me here

Hut stay

This is a hut to sleep in, if you are aware of that than the visit was nice. For sure not a 5 star place but cute and charming in its own way.

Beautiful place.

Beautiful property and place. We stayed in the 2 story suite which was lovely. It gets really hot on the top floor though which is the bedroom. The air conditioner can’t really keep it cool enough since it’s a palapa and lots of open air. It gets windy at night so that’s nice with windows open. Air conditioner dripped down on your head though in the middle of the night so had to turn it off. Private little pool was our favorite.

I enjoyed staying here. Its quiet and very relaxing. The only suggestions that i would make is to have throw rugs when entering, to help keep the sand from being in the cabana. The staff was friendly and personable

Traveled with kids. The hotel is simple and it only has the basics… but that was the main idea for us: a simple eco friendly place where kids and us could have a simple time. Highly recommend the beach at the end of the road (drive there). Great couple of days, and for city kids, this was a great experience.

We loved the idea of staying in an authentic Mayan Grass Hut. Great idea with the windows which allowed a nice breeze to flow through as well as the shell for the sink water. I would recommend to others to experience this. The only suggestion I would make is to change what is used to clean the toilets as the odor was overwhelming and not an enjoyable scent. We have been to many places which is the only way to go for a great experience as they are all unique in their own way.
