El lugar es pequeño y muy bonito. La habitación que me tocó era pequeña pero muy acogedora. El desayuno incluido es muy bueno. Además está ubicado a 5 cuadras de la plaza central. Hay transporte público disponible. Excelente lugar.

Tuve una noche tranquila, al entrar se siente acogedor como si estuvieras en casa, la chica y el chico de recepción son muy agradables, serviciales y atentos, el desayuno estaba fresco y bien servido, se encontraba a menos de 10 minutos del zócalo, catedral etc, por lo que la ubicación era buena, este hotel es justo lo que buscaba

esta en la peor zona de merida , aunque el personal es muy atento, las instalaciones del hotel estan muy pero muy descuidados . nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel porque se veia muy inseguro .

Hermoso hotel en el centro de Mérida, cerca de todo, restaurantes, bares, discotecas, museo, estacionamiento a menos de 50 metros. El desayuno el mejor que he tomado en mis vacaciones, la toallita refrescante a la llegada y el vaso de agua de sandía ufff lo que necesitaba después de una viaje en auto y día caluroso. Quiero destacar la atención de las meseras y el recepcionista Sin duda volvería mil veces a kuka y Naranjo, un hotel muy recomendable

La habitación era cómoda, limpia y con buen aire acondicionado, ideal para descansar después de un día caluroso. El ambiente es tranquilo, perfecto para relajarse. El desayuno estuvo muy bien: waffles con fruta fresca y leche con chocolate. Todo sencillo, pero hecho con cuidado y buen sabor. La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos del centro, lo cual hizo todo mucho más fácil. Y el staff fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Una opción muy recomendable si buscas comodidad, buena atención y un espacio bonito en el corazón de Mérida.

Nos encantó quedarnos en Kuka & Naranjo. El lugar es hermoso, lleno de detalles, arte y naturaleza. Tiene una vibra súper tranquila y acogedora. Los chilaquiles del desayuno estuvieron buenísimos, bien servidos y con mucho sabor. La habitación olía rico, estaba limpia y era súper cómoda para descansar. Edgar, el recepcionista, fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento. ¡Gracias! La piscina se agradece muchísimo para el calor, y lo mejor es que todo queda cerquita: el centro está a unos 5 minutos caminando, y hay de todo alrededor, restaurantes, museos, tienditas, etc. La única parte negativa fue que no tuvimos más tiempo para quedarnos más días ahí. ¡Nos hubiéramos quedado felices toda la semana! Sin duda volveríamos.

Charming old building, lovingly restored, natural pool, eco-friendly, hammock in the room, soap etc. provided, good breakfast. This place is peaceful in the middle of a busy city. Tranquility! Our second stay in this beautiful place and our first choice when I have to go to Merida. The staff is great!
