Poor rooms maintenance, garbage in the pool area as well as in the beach. Our room was mistakenly assigned, so we had a lower category room. It's location is great, as it is at the beach directly, but service as well as maintenance could be so much better. Towels and sheets super clean, and very comfortable beds. Good experince.

Absolutely gorgeous private beach, on weekdays it was very quiet early mornings and afternoons after 4pm. It was not touristy and approximately 20 minute drive to Progreso for dining, if you prefer a variety of restaurants.

Beautiful beach hotel with a beautiful beach with palapas. It is laid back small beach hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It is what you dream of a hidden gem in the Yucatan far from the city. This is not a 4 star resort, it is a dream beach hotel.

This property was on the Gulf and is ideal for families. The pool is very attractive and appears well kept. The hotel allowed me to arrive two hours early, without charge, which was appreciated. My room was very large, with high ceilings, and a kitchen area, with large fridge and microwave. The beach area could have been better if the sand was raked for debris washing ashore.

Great hotel, just be aware that cruises stop by in a day pass for a few hours but not everyday, jose in reception is the best!!! Food is authentic and good, very clean, will go back soon. Just the cruise day get out of the hotel because busses come with cruise passengers to spend the day there as beach club all inclusive for them.

Was on the ground floor in the pool was right behind it. Our patio had its own iguana and iguanas all around the area. Right behind the pool is a beautiful ocean. Didn’t eat at the restaurant until the next day, but the food was great and even breakfast was really good food I had in Mexico getting something at the Cenotes

Likes: its our second time there and such good staff service. The kiddies pool is wonderful. The beach is beautiful. The room is spacious and homely. Dislikes: No sort of extra at least 2 knives, forks, spoons to eat the food we take. We have kids and we got a room in the 2nd floor, but the room varandah viewing the pool wasnt safe as the fence wooden boards were broken. My kids couldn't enjoy that. It would be nice to have the restaurant menu already in the room and probably a couple more menu selection items. The menu significantly changed from our first visit and offers less.

This was a very interesting, yet strange place. On the one hand it had almost idyllic areas with swimming pool right next to the rooms, the beach just a few meters away, very much like paradise. Upon closer inspection, although the rooms are large, with kitchenette, you cannot necessarily use the facilities. Except for the refrigerator. We were the only ones in our area, which was very nice. Apparently they don't get a lot of people until the end of March, perhaps for spring break? The little restaurant/bar was okay. It had good drinks and mediocre food. Otherwise I'd say we really enjoyed just our one night stay there. We would recommend it.

We had a great stay here in a one bedroom suite. Spacious with a comfortable King size bed. The only drawback was that although the suite came with a usable Kitchen, no pots, pans, crockery or cutlery provided. We requested these items on our first day but the staff were unable to supply these items. We decided to buy what we needed. We then self catered for the rest of our stay. We only intended to do breakfast and lunch and have the evening meal in the restaurant. However out of principle we cooked our evening meals as well. So the hotel missed out on additional revenue from us, as a result of not supplying the basics required to use the Kitchen. SO COME PREPARED if you want to use the Kitchen. Shame!

We ask for a change of sheets ‘cause they were dirty, and they lied to us an didn’t change them. When I complained the manager made fun of me and told me to leave the hotel if I didn’t like it, instead of solving the problems. Then my husband came because he was not treating me nicely and he said he discriminated me and said he was going only to talk with him and not with me. The gender violence made me feel really angry and the dirtiness of the place is inconceivable.
