Es un buen HOTEL, falta un poco más de atención y detalles del personal. Pareciera que les faltara personal, y faltaba mosquitera en las ventanas para poder poder abrir la ventana y que saliera la humedad

Si te gusta caminar un poco mas de lo normal su ubicacion es la correcta para llegar a Paseo Montejo. Habitación con lo basico, en buen estado y limpio. Un poco de ruido ya que se escuchan las conversaciones en los pasillos y al cerrar las puertas de las otras habitaciones. El agua del lavamanos, casi siempre salia tibia o caliente. Falta una ventana o extractor en el baño. Limpieza bien. Minisplit funcionando correctamente. Alberca, bah! Recepcion poco conocimiento del area o flojera. Como para asesorar/decir donde hay una tienda, oxxo, abarrote. Bien en general.

Las habitaciones no son enormes, es el espacio suficiente para poder descansar cómodamente, el gym está en buenas condiciones, el área de alberca puede mejorar. La atención los distingue, los desayunos son buenísimos. Y la ubicación genial cerca de Paseo Montejo, práctico y seguro, sin duda mi opción en Mérida

Excelente estancia, 5 noches habitación doble, limpia, cómoda. El hotel es pequeño, el desayuno tiene buenas opciones y todas muy ricas. Para viajes de trabajo o para venir a conocer Mérida es buena opción.

Me gustó que las camas están buenas y se descansa. No me gustó que el cuarto se sentia muy encerrado, ya que la unica ventana que tiene es muy pequeñita. El baño sin ventilacion. El desayuno está muy limitado, sin fruta ... solo huevos, wafles y sandwich. Solo nos dieron una.cobija y una frazada, pedi otra cobija pero me dijeron que no tenian. En general bien, pero lo recomiendo para pocos dias.

Staff was great, the room smelled really bad because of the stage system, the bed was really hard like a board, however the room was very clean and well kept, they respected my property in the room when they went in to clean, overall a great experience!
