Great Accommodation

Great accommodation. The area had a blackout during our stay and Karla kindly gave us 2 battery powered lanterns, so we weren't in the dark. Nice quiet area with short drive to main shopping area.

Very clean, comfortable and modernised unit that was fully equipped with everything we needed. Manager was very accommodating and communicated well for our expected early arrival. The beach and lake were only a short walk away, as was a takeaway shop which served excellent fish and chips.

We have been holidaying in Merimbula for years and now that we have found these units we always stay at Chapman Court. They have everything you need and it is close to everything, walking or driving. Friendly and helpful owners, clean and comfortable. We will definatly be going back.

The property was very clean, beds were firm, good shower pressure and good stock in the kitchen. Would recommend, very reasonable pricing. Only thing is that the walls are very thin, could hear the person snoring above us. We didn’t mind but if neighbours were very noisy could potentially disturb the peace. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Happy holiday

Lovely two bedroom apartment with a kitchen with full size fridge and a stove with oven. Plenty of kitchen utensils, spacious living area and bedrooms. Easy walk to the beach and lake a bit longer walk into the town village but very pleasant and easy.The manger deserves great credit for the cleanliness of the premises. The small complex is quiet and has a lovely pool and BBQ area . My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay , would also be great for a family. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely unit

The unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well resourced, air conditioning was quiet and quick to heat unit. A lovely quiet area with easy access to Merimbula.

Great Merimbula apartment option.

Clean rooms with good shower and comfy bed. Excellent value for money for 2 bedrooms. Grounds very well maintained, pool was beautiful and clean. Managers Kevin and Carla are putting the hard yards in, and it shows from the reception, to maintenance and cleanliness.

Overall pleasing on our short stay, clean, quiet, comfortable. Didn't try the pool because it was cold and very windy. Oh, the gusty wind made big noise on the roof, unit 2, so we had to change to another unit. Chapman Court may have had it fixed by now.

Great apartments

The manager / owner was very thoughtful and obliging, as we were arriving late they turned the air conditioning on, to warm the unit for our arrival. The unit was spacious and kitchen had all the necessary items. Bed was comfortable with lots of extra bedding available. The area was quite and short drive to beach, bay and shops.
