"Everything about the stay was great. The only issue I had was with the shuttle service. I was not told they were temporarily picking up at the airport in a different spot. I called from the airport after waiting 45mins and the front desk person told me the shuttle would arrive shortly but did not mention the new (temporary) pick up spot. I called again after waiting an hour and this person was very helpful and advised me as to where to go. This information should have been given to me before my arrival. It’s a bummer after a long travel day to wait so long to get to your room. Other than that my stay was great"

"Everything was great but they charge to park in their parking lot if you are staying there. Feels like you are nickel and diming your customers. "

"Friendly staff, clean and modern room. But disappointed as the room had very few charging outlets and TV did not work. Nice engineer came quickly to try to fix it upon request to no avail. I heard many other rooms were experiencing the same problem with their TVs. I expect better from the Westin/ Marriott, especially considering how much I paid for the room."

"The location is great. There is a shuttle to and from the airport every 30 min."

"The hotel was run down, but what you expect for the price. Room was a dingy, could have had a bit more cleaning before guests- towels had other persons hair in it. Breakfast was better than expected "

"The staff was mediocre and the breakfast area was out of coffee both times I checked . Luckily there was a 7/11 nearby . My 50 dollar “ incidental “ fee has still not credited back to my account yet . So yeah probably going to pick a different place next time . "

"I came in after dark and stayed one night. When I checked they were friendly and courteous. The room was clean. Older, but newly renovated. The shuttle in the morning was on time and had no issues there. "
