"Great option for location"

"Convenient location, but lacking in cleanliness and service. Le Méridien is close to major museums and Karlsplatz station, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the hotel feels outdated, with dim hallways and aging infrastructure. Cleanliness was inconsistent. I was given a bathrobe with stains on it and had to ask for a replacement. The room also had issues with old wiring that made clicking noises, which I got around by avoiding certain light switches. The shower pipes also made a constant loud, almost drilling sound. When I asked staff for help, they not only dismissed the noise levels by saying it wasn't that bad, but told me there was nothing they could do until the next morning. I eventually fixed it myself by adjusting the shower knobs, but I would have expected the housekeeping staff to know that and be more helpful. The hotel also seemed overbooked and a bit noisy at times. Overall, a convenient location but not up to expectations for comfort or service."

"The guy working was super nice and friendly and it seems like he’s really making an effort to upgrade the place. Considering its awesome central location by the train station, we were really impressed by how quiet it was in our room. I would definitely consider staying again if you’re looking for an affordable, well located hotel in Wien "

"Great accommodation with full kitchen facilities like dish washer, oven, washing machine. 2 rooms inside. Plenty of road side for night parking, but restricted to 2-hours day time parking. Nearby garage parking available. Restaurant and supermarket nearby. "
