"Room was clean food was ok breakfast was the best and the staff really needs to step it up in being helpful and courteous serving staff ladies rude didn’t pay attention bartenders were awesome Tip Tip and you won’t have a problem with getting a drink lol other than that the view was magical"

"We stayed at this hotel for a week and had an amazing time. We downloaded the RIU app and followed the daily activity schedule, joining everything from the Jungle Party on Tuesday to the White Party on Wednesday, and the weekend party on Saturday & Sunday party events as well. The vibe was incredible every single day. There was free unlimited liquor and food everywhere you walked, and the service was great. We stayed at the adults‑only RIU, but we also visited the other two RIU resorts next door — all three were awesome and full of fun activities for every age group. The Mexico Night was fantastic, and we enjoyed live bingo, golf, performances, and many other games. We truly loved our stay and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend these hotels for all age groups. They are safe, lively, and full of fun every day."

"I went here for my birthday and it was the first experience I had staying at an all-inclusive property. It was so great! Aside from the myriad of bugs around, the stay was wonderful! I was celebrated everyday! We will definitely go back."

"The rooms were very nice and the staff was friendly. I went in the off season and several of the restaurants were closed this also seemed to limit the suite service. I wanted extra water for my room and was limited to 2 bottles per order. Not wanting to make a water order every time I was thirsty, I asked for extra water. This was harder than it should have been. I would have liked an easier option to stock my fridge with beverages."

"Amazing staff and great amenities. Property is clean and well maintained. Resort is within walking distance to downtown Puerto Vallarta with varieties of street food, farmacias, local and convenience stores. Food was decent, service was attentive and family friendly. Definitely would recommend."

"Bed was very hard. Beach beautiful. No real resort amenities not sure why they charge a resort fee: the room card on your wrist gets really nasty fast. I’d stay again but the entire 9days they didn’t change the sheets. They just kept remaking the bed. Also you have to check out an iron and they don’t give wash clothes. Not a resort more of a hotel. Otherwise not bad."
