"This is my favorite hotel and I travel to TJ 3 times per month and I have stayed in many, many hotels. The only thing I believe should improve is that the front desk should provide information all of the available restaurants, bars, VIP lauge on the 32 floor, the rom service restaurants has more options and it a diffent restaurant than than the other two , that there are special buffets for dinner and brunch on weekends. This hotel has so much to offer but people dont know unless you are very talkative like me so other staff members tell you about these options."

"Lovely property. The private swimming pools are a nice touch. Breakfast was very limited. We didn’t get to use the club house (far from the rooms). Room service food was not great and very expensive. Comfortable beds, great views, nice bathrooms but the highlight is the private pools."

"Check in was easy, as was check out. We also had a $90 USD resort credit because of Expedia, which we were able to use in the gift shop for full value. The room was a decent size, nice view of the grounds and beach. Shower was roomy. A/C was powerful. The very cool aspect of this hotel was that we could take the shuttle to the sister resort, Sunset, which was moments away and included several more options for dining. The three main restos at Pacifica were good, notably Peninsula. Siempre was the place to have buffet breakfast, especially on Sunday. The shuttle bus from Sunset to Rosé gave us even more flexibility. We enjoyed Cilantro’s at Los Cabos (Rosé and Los Cabos) and checking out Medano Beach there. One caveat is that you cannot order an uber to pick you up from Pacifica (though they can drop you there). Overall, an excellent experience with great food and service. Fabulous wifi. Shoutout to The Bistro at Sunset as our best overall dining experience, especially the peach arugula salad."

"Every thing in this property was amazing from rooms cleanest food except the beach but they had the option to take you to their sister property 15 minutes away and you can enjoy the beach and everything is also included It took the shuttle 20 minutes to get there Overall it was a very good experience 😃"
