it was great, we had a concern about water supply but no issues there 10/10. kitchen was well equipped and clean. It was awesome to have a big tv. Great views, very walkable and close locations to eat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Tonnala Kukun! The priperty is beautiful, clean, has lots of space and in a greaf location. It is in Roma Norte which is walking distance to fabulous places to eat and shop. What made our stay extra special is Luis and the wonderful staff! They are very attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

A comfortable stay in a studio apartment in the heart of Roma Norte. Really convenient location - being easy to get to the key sites, bars, cafes and restaurants. Room was a really good size, with kitchen amenities, sofa and all the standard extras. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room however, with a dusty floor, and musky smell which may have been coming from the air conditioning unit. The room was not cleaned once during my stay or any of the towels replenished. I stayed for 5 nights.

**The best 4ever!!!** I really liked it, everything was just perfect! The place was super clean, the bed was super comfy, and they didn’t miss a single detail. The location was great too, with everything close by. The host was really friendly and made sure we were set for the whole stay. Honestly, no complaints – I’d definitely stay here again! Btw, exceeded all my expectations, and I’d come back in a heartbeat! :)

Nice 2 bdrm condo, nice lobby & staff, good location. But check in delayed by hour, apt. not ready. Filtered water faucet broken, but they did give us bottled to replace. They did communicate with us and respond to our requests.

The property was great since it was close to so many places. The management was very responsive except for the last day when all three of our rooms had our water supply shut off. Luckily we had bottled water to clean ourselves with. Overall the place is clean, accessible and safe. The last day when we left very early in the morning, the security guard stayed watch til we left to make sure we felt safe (since it was very early, no one was out).

Would not stay here again, even if free.

Everything was a miss except for the location: the property is in an awful state (our bathroom had chipping paint all over, rusty shower heads and handles, outdated furniture), and nothing worked. Water heater wasn't on, safe box didn't work, entry code was wrong. The whole thing was a mess. I would not stay with this management company. Also - difficult to comunicate with them, they are in whatsapp but their agents are not very sharp.
