Staff was amazing and made me feel quire welcome. The bulding and my room was super clean. Can be noisy at times, but gets quiter during the night so it is okay to sleep. An amazing and safe location as well.

The hotel is in a great area. Safe, clean and lots of things to see/do nearby. The rooms and facilities are nice and a laundry room is available which was very helpful. Room cleaning/towel changes was extra but not a problem. Staff were good to deal with and able to solve any issues I had. Highly recommended.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar, me encanta la cama, la ropa de cama, las toallas todo de calidad y en Perfecto estado, el baño limpio. Para mi es lo que vale mucho la pena por eso vuelvo a este lugar. Además la ubicación está ideal, cerca de la condesa, de la Roma norte, muchos lugares donde desayunar rico y el rumbo bonito. Los chicos de la recepción siempre muy amables.

Está a sido una magnífica estadía, encantada con todo el complejo, atención excelente de todos desde la llegada hasta la salida, el lugar impecable, excelente limpieza, diseño y mobiliario excelentes condiciones para un gran descanso, muy bonito todo! We took a family trip. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We loved the area, the staff and how clean and safe it was. We would definitely be coming back. They have really good tacos la chula 2 mins walking from the hotel. They have several places to eat around there.
