The staff was amazing, Danny greeted you with a shot of tequila upon arrival. Hotel was beautiful and amazing location. Hotel taxi service was 5 star, ask for Rogelio, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. Overall hotel was a 5 star hotel definitely would stay again.

Excellent stay in the heart of Mexico City! The location couldn't be better — steps from the Zócalo, easy to explore the historic center on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout, and the rooftop views of the cathedral and National Palace were a highlight. Great value for the location. We always stay here when we travel to CDMX. We love the breakfast included and the 24 hour cafe. We have requested sandwiches and chips at 5 am to take on long day excursions. The staff is helpful with directions and suggestions for visiting tourists areas.
