"Our family descended on the Miacomet Marvel in late August 2026. It was a great find for us and perfect for three generations (three adults and two kids) plus a visit by overnight guests. The location is very central -- close to shopping mid-Island and beaches and Bartlett's and even walkable to town for the ambitious. The house was super clean and delightfully Nantucket-quirky (i.e., a bunk bed in the Master Bedroom . . . .). The kitchen was well-stocked and the there was a great assortment of games and toys that we discovered in the basement. The pool was an unexpected delight -- it was a big unexpected plus. The Host was uber-responsive and I have never experienced a house that was so well stocked with towels! Nothing at all to complain about."
