"Checkin was easy and fast! Room was clean. That is the extent of pluses. The room was within 20 feet of a 6 lane highway and the entry door ( the only thing between us and the outside) was not weather stripped on the bottom so there was a place for noise to enter the room unimpeded! The AC unit was like a jet plane and wouldn't change speed! Thank god we brought good ear plugs! The toilet seat had no lid and there was no kleenex supplied in the room and only one washcloth! The shower was scalding hot and difficult to use! There was no phone in the room and Wifi was not available since the service was under repair! No dining facility of any kind on the premises! No microwave! No coffee maker! Staff was not available between 11pm and 8am! We made the best of it but, I would not recommend this place! When the staff was there we found them to be nice and amenable."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I was charged twice for my stay, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, no one answers the phone or returns calls. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, and they are refusing to refund one of the duplicate charges even though it was clearly an error. It’s frustrating to spend your hard-earned money and then have to fight just to get your own money back. Communication has been terrible, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking your bank statements carefully if you stay here. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel to others."

"Good location, easy parking, reasonably comfortable. The appliances in the kitchen area were very, very old. We didn't use them/need them but it made the room look unnecessarily old fashioned when it was otherwise comfortable. Pool area is pretty run down but could be amazing with a great view of the bay. More chairs, better management of folks holding chairs which were obviously not being used. Still recommend but they need to enforce standards (appears rooms may be privately owned) and invest in the pool area up keep/repairs. Im still giving it a good rating and would recommend despite the relative downsides."
