Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

For the price, this place was perfect: on the beach, straight on ocean view with huge balcony, 2 large bedrooms, clean, simple, quite in early December, large pool, cold AC, parking in the garage.

Nice and spacious at an excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, it was excellent and spacious for four adults The only things missing were cleansing stuff like dishwashing and laundry liquid, would be much better id it can be provided to make it easier day to day.

Wonderful Stay

The property was very nice. It was dated but that was part of the charm, just like most buildings in Miami Beach. it was huge with a bonus room like a walk in closet with makeup leading to the ensuite. The staff were nothing but delightful very courteous and eager to help. The grounds were very nice, the pool was lovely and the beach was amazing! It was extremely affordable for all that you got.

The view and beach access are a ten. Parts of the suite were very nice (kitchen, living room) while others needed updating (bathrooms). As a whole, this hotel looks old and tired. However, good for a short 2-3 day stay but not for a few weeks.

Very good but wasn’t the apartment showed in the pictures

Everything was very clean. The air conditioning was VERY noisy and we had to ask at the front desk for kitchen utensils because basic things weren’t available in the apartment. Front desk workers were very nice and provided everything.

We enjoyed the amazing view and the location so close to the beach! The room was spacious and clean. I wish they would have provided a couple more amenities; like dish soap and coffee filters (cvs nearby didn’t even sell filters either so we ended up buying instant coffee lol). The pool area and the restaurant could use some TLC. The ambience was a little boring down by the pool, maybe some music or something? We ended up skipping the pool and hanging on the beach instead. Close to south beach, just a 15min drive! Overall we enjoyed our time, would stay here again!

The location was amazing, right on the beach and not too far away from south beach. The facility was dated, not what I expected, It needs a face lift and some new furniture. The condo was a perfect ocean front view I did have a ceiling leak right at the front door that made walking without slipping hard. Everything was clean but all in all a tad remodel and I’d book again.

Nice unit, management is not the best

This is a hotel like property. Requested towels, trash bags, and toilet paper twice which were never brought to the room. Front desk was unhelpful. Cleaning crew also tried to kick us out a half hour before our check out time. Overall the unit was nice and had a great view, it was also clean and in a nice area.

The view from our room was amazing. The room itself is very dated; bathrooms and shower weren’t clean, showing rust. The beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The staff not friendly at all and not accomodating. Check out is 10 am which is ridiculous and staff do not accomodate late check out, they make the excuse of "someone booked the room ladt minute". Would not recommend, too pricey for what you get.

Good location/great view/wrong photos

The trip itself was a good time. I enjoyed the location of the property and really liked the beach access and little beach walk for walking/running. We were disappointed that the photos did not match the property we were given. The furniture in the living room was different, the kitchen was different, and the windows were different. I specifically asked if it was the same unit as the photos and was told it was. The bathrooms were out dated and the kitchen had very little tools for anything. I did really enjoy the view and our bedrooms were HUGE with a lot of storage. Please note that no luggage is permitted in the lobby or visitor elevators. You are required to use service elevators. The bar was very limited in their beer selection and the one restaurant was only open until 2.. Our fire alarm kept beeping, and the staff attended to that quickly. Overall, it was a nice stay. I am not sure I would stay at this particular building again, but again, we really enjoyed the location and the view from the condo. The balcony was the best part!

The view of the ocean off the balcony was great! Everything else, terrible. Nothing worked - no ice in freezer. Nothing in kitchen. Shower broken, toilet didn’t flush well. Exercise room equipment all broken. Pool insanely dirty. All staff (regardless of position) didn’t communicate with each other. Each department was separate and not always open. So much back and forth to get anything - everyone had a different story, different rule. The whole place is extremely run down - not shown in pictures. This is my first time ever leaving a bad review.

Girls weekend in Miami

While we had a wonderful time reconnecting after a long time of not seeing each other, this place we stayed in was only idea because it has great proximity to the beahc (rght on the beach) and had a pool to lay out at. All the restaraunts are a ways from the hotel, need to uber, and the hotel amenities were not that great. Fitness center way too small for the amount of people using. The restaurant on-site was run down and did not have great hours (only open from 8am-4pm). They also only had 1 person serving in the restaurant and she needed help. While the front desk had multiple people, who were not busy and honestly, not doing too much. They could have reallocated resources to help the woman in the restaurant.The place was listed on VRBO, so I didn't realize this was actually a hotel that was promoting these suites online. There were no paper towels or enough towels and blankets/pillows for the amount of people we had in our party. Elevator super slow and couldn't manage the amount of people that are in the building. Hallways and doors to unit were rundown and when you went to close it slammed shut, which was really loud if people were sleeping. The place definitely needs updating. Only great thing is it was on the beach, waterfront views and the balcony was nice. I definitely would have liked being in a more modern/updated hotel and closer to nightlife.

Great beach access, but a little run down

My family loved being so close to the beach and we had a good time there. However, when we arrived I was a little disappointed as the picture make the place look a little more upscale and nice. Since we didn’t use the bell hop for our carry-on luggage we had to use a separate elevator than the one in the main lobby (not sure why and it wasn’t explained). I wasn’t put off by this until we found it through some back hallway that was like going from 1st world to 3rd world with no marking to speak of to direct you. It was a little sketchy in my opinion. When we reached our room I found the furniture sparse, rundown, and a lower quality than the pictures would have you expect. Due to this I decided to do a pest inspection before we unpacked. I am a pest control operator with 20 years experience. Luckily I didn’t find any bed bugs, but I did find German roaches behind the refrigerator. There were only a few of them but I found them so easily that there probably a significant amount in the building. They weren’t heavily infested so I didn’t bother going through the hassle of trying to get a different room. We just made sure to keep our food and toiletries covered (which isn’t something I feel you should have to do when paying for a room). The staff was friendly enough, I don’t have any complaints there, and it was nice having towel service down at the gate to the beach. They also provided food service at the beach which was nice, and the Cuban sandwich was great.

I reserved an oceanfront room but was the told the day before our trip it wasn't available. I appreciate the upgraded, bigger unit but I really wanted the ocean view. That is why I rented this unit.

We came for thanksgiving and while the location is amazing, the condo needs work. The plan was to make a meal for thanksgiving but there was literally nothing in the kitchen. I have never seen a Vrbo stocked so terrible. Not only were there barely any dishes but there was no provided dish soap or dish washer soap.
