Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The place was filthy and very run down. It had none of the common things we find in VRBOs like dishwasher detertgent, paper towels, enough cups and flatware. I stayed for 8 days with 6 adults in my party and there was only 3 forks so we had to purchase plasric silverware. They claimed there was washers and dryers but they were down the hall (not in the condo) and cost more. To get more towlet paper or towels i had to go to request them and take my dirty ones to exchange them and often there was not a person working so i would have to go to the front desk for them to get someone. I would absolutely not stay there again

I read the many negative reviews on this place. We needed a 2 or 3br for 1 night before we left on a cruise, and obviously our options were extremely limited in the Miami Beach area. This seemed to fit the bill, and so I booked with low expectations. As is most of South Beach, this building is older, and has it's warts that come with that. But, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the unit we were given was more than adequate. It was clean, the furniture was somewhat dated, but, in good shape. It was actually a 4 bedroom, although, one of the rooms had to be accessed through another. We had plenty of room for 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids) to spread out, and I didn't experience most of the negative comments that others complain about. Not to mention, the price was great for the size we got. We were right on Collins, with a balcony overlooking the street. There is always a "you get what you pay for" aspect with a hotel, and I feel like we got a lot for our money at this place.

Glad I was only staying one night. The place did NOT look like the pictures. Would not stay here again. The place looked old and well used. There was bright red blood on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. The place looked and felt dirty. The nicest part about it was that the kitchen looked newer.

This property was not clean, smelled just terrible and had roaches. I have never given a poor review before but I was extremely disappointed with this rental. Parking was an additional 30 a day and you would think for that price the garage would be better. It was not a good experience at all.

The check in was simple and easy! The place was spacious and clean for my family. The only suggestion I have is to bring your own towels it was an issue to get additional towels. It was 8 ppl in the suite but was only provided 5 towels and the housekeeper was giving me an issue about getting more. Aside from that the stay was great!

The pictured living area is not the property we received. The whole condo was dirty. The curtains had dirt on them the side of the walls covered in dirt and dust. Roaches were in the kitchen. There was little cookware and serve ware. The oven does not hold heat so it was difficult to cook anything. The beds were comfy however and it is a large space to accommodate a large group.

This hotel was a big letdown from the start. After a long 14-hour drive, we found not enough towels for our group and were told we had to wait until the next day. Laundry room closed at 4pm. No service room. Guests must get their own towels from the laundry, which is often empty. The room was old, with leaking A/C, outdated furniture, and a moldy carpet. The kitchen had no utensils, dish soap, or hand towels. Pool had broken umbrellas and few chairs. Gym and tennis courts were in poor shape, and the beach bar closed early. Staff was sometimes rude. Only the beach and basic cleaning were okay. We will not return.

Just location and space

The location of this accommodation is undeniably convenient, and the property itself offers ample space, which made our stay comfortable in that regard. However, the experience was significantly impacted by a lack of maintenance and cleanliness.The most concerning issue was the presence of cockroaches, which is unacceptable in any accommodation. Additionally, the beds made excessive noise with every movement, making restful sleep difficult. Various doors within the property had problems—some didn't close properly, while others were difficult to open, adding to the overall feeling of poor upkeep.It is clear that a proper supervisor is needed to regularly inspect the property and ensure that standards are upheld. The lack of awareness or willingness from the owners or managers to improve their product inevitably attracts lower-cost, lower-quality guests, resulting in a continuous decline in standards. With better oversight and attention to detail, this accommodation could truly live up to its potential. Until then, I cannot recommend it without reservations.

Nice location

The first unit we were sent to wasn't cleaned properly prior to us getting there. The refrigerator was filthy on the inside and outside. The couch had crumbs and there was toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. I went to the desk and they gave me a different condo so we had to go up and look at that one then down to our first room to get all our stuff to bring it up to the other room and then back down to the lobby to bring the first rooms keys back...finally we could go up to our room.There aren't any vending machinces in the entire building and the one restaurant that is there just closes whenever it wants to. Furnishings could use an update.

Misleading, description, no basic supplies, dirty

This was probably the most disappointing beach trip I have ever had. my sisters and I , who are all in our sixties, reserved this condo for one week. None of us drive , so we were counting on there being a restaurant in the building , as advertised. The restaurant was closed the entire time and we were told every day that it would be open tomorrow. In the condo, there were no coffee cups, 2 drinking glasses, no pots or pans to cook with. Cooking was not an option. The lighting in the kitchen was very dim. On the last day of our stay, we saw live cockroaches in the kitchen. when we told the front desk about all that was on the first day that we arrived they said they only supply the appliance and that we should contact the host. We contacted the host, and she replied 2 Days Later saying that they were in short supply of kitchen items and that I should ask the front desk. The condo description said there was a restaurant and lounge on the premises, but it was closed the whole 7 nights we were there. Each day we went to the pool, there were no pool towels. we were always told to come back in an hour, and each time we did, there were still no towels. The pictures of the view from our condo 8B looked beautiful, but there is a highway between the bay and the condo, making it impossible to sit on the balcony because of the traffic noise. we had to eat out for all of our meals because of the lack of kitchen supplies, and that is very expensive in that area. Bad vacation rental.

Over all nice stay

The rooms were nice. But the sitting chairs in living room were completely warn out.The pool is not heated. Location is excellent.

Overall ok, but very outdated. Can't use main elevators to take luggage up to room, you must use service elevators which iant easy to get to and a pain in ass. There are no chairs for use at pool as all must be purchased. There are all kinds of hidden costsbecaise all must
