The Hotel is well located, good service in general, mostly reception with Ms Sosa. The Valet parking provides a great attendance. The pool area also is in great condition and well balanced of the cocktails... But it has lack of offers for eating. At The beach even when you can see a lots of seats unused, the people in charge only gives for free two per room no matter the amount of clients. You need more you Most Pay it, the umbrellas $15 each or take a sun's bath...

The property is in need of an upgrade, the rooms are dated, need repairs and upgrades.. The location is excellent and directly located beside an inexpensive parking lot.. The beach and pools area was very good

Stay was good . View was semi beautiful! . Next construction is going on . No sounds but but blocks the view . One of the master bathroom was not draining water during shower , also no exhausts in restrooms for such small bathroom. Other than this , we liked the place.

Booked a 2 bedroom partial oceanview. The room was rundown, mold in the bathrooms, broken furniture, musky smell. The kitchen was greasey and dirty. We had to pay an ectra $700 to "upgrade" to the penthouse b/c conveniently thats what was available. That room had an amazing view but that's about all. We had to go buy our own washclothes and towels. The kitchen was disgusting and had a foul odor. The utensils were dirty, dishwasher didnt work. We had 9 people in our group. Security was at each entrance which initially was appreciated. Made ke feel a bit safer. But, we used the towels at the pool, naturally and tried to go back to our room to change and we were forced to return the towels at the pool and go up to the room, on the 17th floor, wet and cold. The hotel felt like a freezer. It was unbearably cold walkong through the main areas. My husbands shirt got wet at the pool, security would not allow him in the building until he put it on. The hottub and pool were probably the highlight of our stay. They were clean and well maintained. With all the options in Miami, i would never stay here again and i dont not recommend this Hotel. Oh and they never mentioned until our arrival that the fee for parking is $175 for the week! They tell you you can look for street parking but it is non-existent on that section of the beach. Never again!!

We stayed in room 1210, very clean. Plenty of towels . Hotel front desk friendly. Only complaint only 1 elevator operating. But you can take the service elevator. To operate the elevator you need to use uour wristband and can only go to your floor on lobby. Jowever if ypu need a different floor as well ask the front desk to add thst floor to your wristband

They gave us a different room because the original room has a plumbing problem. The new room had plumbing problems as well… after my kids used the bathtub I tried emptying it and water got all over the floor because there’s a leak. The dishwasher was full of water and the AC didn’t work well. It was very hot. They lack big time on maintenance. The pool was completely full, way over capacity, and the drinks overpriced: $50 for a big pina colada and $27 for a small one!

Disaster

The room they gave us was horrible. The ac leaked constantly, the furniture had paint marks, some walls and baseboards were scuffed, master bathroom door did not close, no closet space in master bedroom, the room was in desperate need of upkeep. Spoke with hotels.com representatives various times and nothing was done, the front was asking for an additional $200 to move to another room.

We loved that it was right on the beach! One downside was supplies in our room were very limited. They wouldn’t allow you to bring pool towels to your room but every day they ran out of pool towels later in the afternoon.
