The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout my stay. However, the walls seem to be extremely thin. I was able to clearly hear the guests staying next to me, including full conversations between multiple people. At one point around 2:00 AM, the noise was loud enough to wake me up, and it genuinely sounded as though they were inside my room. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good nights rest.

Location is incredible, right by Miracle mile. Pool is large, though shaded in the afternoon. However, rooms are small (for our family), and the cost is high. Good experience, but not great value for money for our stay in February

The location is great, and the pool area was a hidden gem! Staff was very good. Guests should realize there’s a $35 daily parking fee, which felt exorbitant. I would encourage the team at Aloft to consider this fee.
