Located in Sunny Isles Beach. BRAND NEW apartment with all the comfort that you need to feel like home. Perfect for family and friends getaway.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. Spacious bedroom with hairdryer, electronic safe within the suite, iron/ironing board, Smart TV and OCEAN VIEW BALCONY.

Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.

The Space:
The Bedroom has a King-size bed (sleeps 2), the Living Room has a Full-size sofa-bed (sleeps up to 2) and we can add a baby crib upon request.The unit comes with a full kitchen and W&D. There is a TV in the bedroom and a Smart TV in the Living Room. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony!

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property was nice, our condo was not. There was no mention of construction going on next door, so plan on walking up at 6AM. This was not mentioned and feel that was false advertising. Left us a half a roll of toilet paper and paper towel, so we had to buy our own. Pillows and couch were stained, the pillows looked like Onslos wife beater tank top from keeping up appearances. Had to wash our towels and linens. The contact phone provided didn’t work, and because it was VRbO through Expedia the front desk wouldn’t help. Pool nice, beach location great, but like I said, constant noise from construction, not communicated
