LIVING ROOM: Features a sofa with a queen size pull out bed that can sleep 2 people. There is a dining room table with seating for 4 people. There is a Smart TV.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in. There is a coffee machine, toaster as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking.

Please remember that you will be staying in a condo building; kindly observe all condominium rules to avoid any potential disruptions in you stay. No parties, no smoking in the unit and quiet hours in accordance with Miami-Dade Ordinance are 10pm-7am so that everyone can enjoy all that our amazing building has to offer.
***All Guests will be required to review, acknowledge and sign the Condominium Rules & Regulations form upon check-in. Once Checked-in, Guests may have access to the Condo and Garage & all the fun amenities.
The Front Desk may hold Guest luggage for a flat-fee of only $20.00; inquire directly at the Front Desk.
**NO VISITORS ALLOWED AFTER 11PM
-Hours allowed for visits: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm (after that if you don't follow the rules more than $100 fine fee will be charged)
