Loved our stay. Our room was clean and renovated. Beach is lovely. A couple things need improvement. Elevators were slow at times. And most days I had to call for our room to be cleaned after spending the day on the beach you would think it would have been done by the time we got back. But overall we loved it and will come back again soon!

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach and provides chairs and umbrellas, which made our stay very enjoyable. My family and I had a pleasant experience overall. Initially, the carpet in our room was wet, but the hotel staff responded promptly and changed our room as soon as we reported the issue, which we appreciated. The property is clean, and the staff is courteous and helpful.

Beautiful hotel Rooms are old and not the cleanest but if u book a suite, u will get a full kitchen, washer dryer , and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms So in case of emergencies or extended stays, its great! Perfect spot on Collins, 2 pharmacies, restaurants, and nearby walmart target marshals . On the line of all classy hotels. Great hotel . Free cookies every morning from the lobby!

The room is old and can use upgrading, and it felt muggy. Everything was brown, down to the bad carpeting. The staff was fine. The fee of $28 dollars a day for an umbrella on the beach was outrageous.
