Great little hotel when visiting Miami Beach….excellent location, quiet, safe, and comfortable. A sanctuary from the bustle of South Beach at an affordable price. I would stay again.
Very clean room with incredibly friendly and responsive staff. The location is excellent, close to everything you need. We felt comfortable and welcome during our stay.
The room was clean and had a great view. Staff friendly and efficient...but the most important thing was the bed: soft and cozy and had a great sleep there.
Can I give a hundred stars!? This place was perfect , ideal !! Great location , fantastically renovated art deco building, super cute rooms, great views, and such a great value. Not to mention very reasonably priced and great service !!
Very clean and beautifully designed hotel, with cozy rooms featuring tropical Art Deco vibes. I was also happy to learn that their healthy concept café and gym are set to open in the coming days — two amenities I’m definitely looking forward to trying.
I will certainly be coming back on my next visit to Miami to experience them. I loved the beach service and the overall atmosphere. Excellent back-office support as well, with smooth communication and great responsiveness from the front desk.
It was my first time staying at Le Particulier. What I truly appreciated was the location: not in the chaos of South Beach, but in a much more exclusive area between the Faena District and Soho House.
I really loved the hotel’s style — Art Deco with tropical vibes — with everything thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The lobby and concierge service were very attentive, the cleanliness was outstanding, and you can clearly tell the hotel is practically brand new.
We also made use of the private beach, and the distance from the hotel to the beach club is extremely short and very convenient. I will definitely be happy to return on my next trip to Miami.
Super cute boutique hotel just steps away from the beach! The colors and decor within the hotel and our room looked so nice. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. My husband and I stayed there as newlyweds, and they nicely sent us up some prosecco to celebrate! It made us feel very special. The cafe was still being finished so we didn't get to check it out, and the internet is a bit slow if you're working remotely. There is only 1 elevator, so you might have to wait a few minutes if you don't take the stairs, but it wasn't too bad. It's a brand new hotel so they're still getting some things sorted. We loved our stay and how close we were to several restaurants, cafes and the beach. We felt very comfortable, welcome and safe. We hope to be back soon!
It wasn’t clean ! When i asked for room service they just organized my blanket!!! No vacuum clean and they dont change the towl ! But reception guys are all good and friendly

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The first room I received had severe black mold - you could smell it and see it along the walls. They had put a de-humidifier in the room but the smell was incredibly strong and without a doubt sleeping in that room would cause health problems. They were accommodating and got me another room on a higher floor but my concern is that if one room is that ridden with black mold that the air vents likely have it too. The walls have fresh paint and wallpaper but one has to wonder if there’s mold hiding under it. Location is great and staff was very nice. The owners/management should just take the mold issue very seriously.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel between Jan 29 to 31. At first glance, the hotel was nicely decorated, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
However, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Mid Beach, Miami.
During our stay, nighttime temperatures dropped to 5–7°C (41–45°F). The room heating did not work at all. The ventilation system was extremely loud yet produced no warm air. The only solution offered was extra blankets. For three nights, we slept in sweaters and even tried to warm the room with a hair dryer—something I never expected to do in 2026.
Noise was another major issue. On the first night, loud talking, music, and sexual noises woke the entire floor around 2:00 AM. On the second night, hallway noise and loud elevator announcements continued. There is virtually no soundproofing, and despite being a deep sleeper in a room far from the elevators, I woke up every night.
The third night was the worst: at 1:59 AM, another guest tried to force open my door. I woke up in panic and yelled, after which they found their own room. With an airport transfer at 5:00 AM, I spent the next day at a trade fair exhausted.
To make matters worse, I later noticed insect bites around my ankles, possibly from bed bugs or other insects.
Three nights resulted in three sleepless, stressful nights. This hotel felt less safe and louder than budget motels or dorm-style accommodations.
I will never stay here again.
Room was nice. Building was a little dated. Very small elevator especially because it was the only one. Staff was very nice and the front area was great. Nice location. Price was a little high.
This is truly a terrible hotel. Do not stay here. From the moment we checked in, the air conditioning was not working. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no action was taken. Our child was unable to sleep properly throughout the night, and the room did not match the photos shown online. There was no microwave, and there were not even bedside tables on both sides of the bed, forcing us to place our phones on the floor while charging overnight. The same issues were experienced by another family traveling with us in a different room. In addition, water was leaking from the ceiling, yet no corrective action was taken by the hotel. To make matters worse, there was no hot water while showering, which caused significant inconvenience. If you choose to stay here, you may experience the same problems, so please be aware.
