bed was comfortable, I've had better. Housekeeping was hard to come by. We had to ask for clean towels often and they tidied the room up 1 time in 5 days. Bartender Christiano was very kind and hospitable and acknowledge about the different beverages, Sheron at the front desk was efficient, professional, helpful, and kind. Miguel on night shift was kind as well.

The place was ok. The bartenders were friendly. I had an issue with a guy at the front desk. He was very rude to me. They charged me twice for one room and I had to dispute the charge. The dining staff wasn’t friendly either. I wouldn’t stay again.
